Hilary Porta is an executive business performance and transformation master coach, management consultant, brand architect, public relations specialist, corporate trainer, spokesperson, a shepherd, a servant, author and keynote speaker who established H. Porta Coaching & Consulting in 2010. Drawing from her background of over 25+ years in both the financial services and non-profit industries, she leverages her real world corporate experiences and brings a pragmatic and commonsense approach to inspire VP-C-suite executives and entrepreneurs within corporations of all sizes, across a range of industries to grow and develop capabilities for sustainability and success, optimizing their full potential.  She is adept at leading strategic change initiatives on local, national and global landscapes as well as providing coaching services for C-levels, managing directors, partners, board members, Fortune 500 companies, entrepreneurs and individuals.

She currently resides in Davidson, North Carolina with her children and is heavily involved in volunteer community service including: Board of Directors of Laughlin Memorial Hospital Foundation, President of the Youth Builders, Treasurer for the Child Advocacy Center, Junior Achievement Board of Directors and Classroom Volunteer for Davidson Elementary,  Uptown Men’s Shelter/George Shinn Center, Habitat for Humanity, Arts Council Board, local government Comprehensive Plan Development Board, Boys & Girls Club and an active committee member for YoungLife.  In her spare time you can find Hilary writing, cooking (purveyor of fine food!), entertaining, antiquing and exploring off the beaten track (professed travel addict) and most recently has developed an affinity for jumping out of planes!

Ian Moore Motorsports is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, but in actuality operates globally at racetracks and exotic locales around the world. Led by company principal Ian H. Moore who has over 25+ years of professional motorsports experience and has partnered with top race teams globally such as Porsche, BMW X Raid, OMSE Ford, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Overdrive Toyota and Honda just to name a few and has functioned in a variety of capacities brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and in-depth understanding of the inter workings from World Rally Championships, World Rally Cross Country, Dakar, East African Safari Rallies, Global Rally Cross and Touring from a functional perspective. Moore is known for his expertise and brings forth a cutting-edge excellence to the table in performance consulting and specializes in developing strategies designed to mitigate risk, improve cycle time and increase productivity, harmonize and build team loyalty all in order to streamline, optimize and bring a standardization and measurement to the back end processes to obtain the best return on investment for the owners and sponsors.

Ian, born in Ireland, also owns Adventure West, voted The Best Outdoor Escape 2013 by The Outsider Magazine and was most recently featured on the Wild Ireland television series.  AW was the first to bring Zorbing to Ireland and also offers zip lining, climbing and abseiling (repelling), coasteering, gorge walking, snorkeling  canoeing/kayaking, archery/air-soft and hillwalking. Ian is the proud father of his two children and is an avid Rugby fan and Coach. If Ian isn’t directing a team across multiple continents, you’ll likely find him either on an surfboard riding the wave at some exotic location or riding elephants in Tanzania.

Dereko J. Robertson is a well-known speaker, leadership developer, life coach and start-up guru bringing over ten years of experience to clients seeking business development, strategic planning and mentorship. Dereko is a dedicated community leader who has a heart and passion for non-profit and small business empowerment. As an ordained minister and current church planter, his passion in leadership development and the spiritual empowerment of both youth and adults has afforded the opportunity to motivate and inspire both national and global platforms.  

Robertson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership, and through years of mentoring and training, has cultivated his natural abilities into a career guiding individuals to unlock their true potential. His unyielding passion to train, advocate for, and champion the causes of others in order to help them achieve their dreams now translates into a career in business and life coaching.

Dereko’s leadership includes serving as past Youth and Assistant Pastor in his local community, securing an appointed position as Geo-Area Coach for Cobb Unite where he leads a targeted network of community leaders in Cobb County, Georgia. He is a mentor to local county students through the Teach One to Lead One non-profit organization and is a mentor for youth on probation within the Cobb Juvenile Justice System. Additionally, he is a teacher and trainer for the Jobs for Life program designed to equip individuals with necessary tools and skills to operate successfully in their careers.

Dereko is currently enrolled at Regent University pursuing his Master of Divinity in Intercultural Studies simultaneously earning his Masters in Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. He is the proud husband of his wife Melva and adoring father to his daughter Aria.

Kim Coleman

Kim Coleman specializes in executive coaching and transformation, corporate training, life and wellness coaching, keynote speaking, educational and instructional design as well as an author, a spokesperson and a humorist.  She has appeared in commercials, industrials, made-for-television movies, films and film trailors.  With over 25 years experience working in public and private industries, she has crafted a unique style of coaching and consulting which has brought her recognition as a change agent.  Kim blends leadership skills, outstanding communication and effective ideas to forward the goals for all those she works with from executive level to entry level.

Residing in Davidson, North Carolina with her children and pet bearded dragon named Larry, she holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Theater Education with a minor in Psychology and is approaching the completion of a second degree, this time in registered nursing.  She is heavily involved with the W. G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center, Disaster Emergency Medical Personnel Systems (DEMPS), Missions in Education as an Instructor, Habitat for Humanity and volunteering at her children’s school.

Nancy Southerland

Nancy Southerland brings marketing, sales, transformation, sustainability and education to H. Porta’s offering table and sees each as drivers of personal and business success.  As a change agent manager, Nancy serves H. Porta with executive business coaching, marketing brilliance and business writing and offers strategic business solutions for the individual as well as the business. She is an Online University Adjunct Professor in Marketing for East Tennessee State University where she is pioneering work with business simulations.  Regarded as a marketing guru, Nancy began her marketing background in pharmaceutical sales and was awarded The Presidents Circle of Excellence, the highest National Sales Honor awarded. Given her love for the pharmaceutical healthcare industry, the physician, and the hospital, she continues to bring research excellence and thought leadership to the industry.  Further, P.E.O. International, a philanthropic organization awarded her a grant for her community, professional and personal achievements.  Nancy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, a Master’s in Business Administration from Tusculum College where she was a leader of her cohort in the accelerated MBA program and is currently working toward a PhD in Marketing with a minor in Economics.

Nancy resides in Greeneville, Tennessee where she has been involved with ministering to the aged, volunteered with GED in helping those students raise critical math skills as well as teaching English as a Second Language to raise the skills of cross cultural individual’s reading, writing and speaking of English. Similarly, she teaches public speaking and served as Vice President of Public Relations in Toastmasters, an international organization committed to the development of public speaking skills.

Steve Radley has been a business owner/operator in the construction field for 20 yrs and currently holds a building license in the state of North Carolina. Combining his faith in Jesus Christ and his experience in project and people management, he has developed a company centered around using work as a medium to proclaim the gospel to people in all walks of life. Having a passion for seeing the hearts and minds of individuals set free to experience their full potential coupled with his own experiences, has been a driving force to how he approaches business and personal relationships. Taking lessons learned from the working world, several mission trips, and multiple one on one investments into people’s lives, Steve brings a unique insight into many areas of personal development. He believes that mentoring relationships combined with love for one another and truth spoken, is a long lost ability that is crucial to the development of any person.  Once referred to as a “green beret” of personal relationships, Steve follows the motto that “no one should be left behind” and that everyone need a “foxhole friend”.

Residing in Huntersville, NC with his wife and pit bull Lily, Steve has one son and two daughters all in their twenties currently living in other states. He spends his idle time working on his personal house and mentoring individuals. He makes time for the pursuit of the outdoor activities of camping, fishing and back packing along with the need to be prepared for life altering events combined with his search for ways to live more simply.
